|Temporary Library/ 9th Street Interim Offices / Student Services Center, San Jose State University
The Tiburon Group, LLC provided Project Controls and Scheduling Services in support of the Construction Manager on the campus temporary library project. This 140,000 S.F. Project involved construction of transitional facilities on two sites for the administrative and text services from existing facility to make way for the new $175 million new main library. This facility was later renovated to be the University’s Student Services Center. In addition to this project we have provided scheduling support services on numerous other University Projects including Telecommunications Infrastructure, New Central Pland, BB Hall Seismic Renovations, New Campus Police Facilities and the Clark Library Renovation Project.
