|Santa Ana USD, Santa Ana, CA – Portable to Permanent Classroom Program ($32.0 million)
The Tiburon Group provided Project Controls and Scheduling Services on this complex District wide program. The program involved four elementary schools within the District and replacement of approximately 100 ksf of portable classrooms with permanent facilities. The assignment was challenging in that schedules were developed to allow for various modifications in phasing scenarios could be analyzed to determine the secondary effects on the campuses operations, cash flow and construction operations. There is a fifth project that will be included in the program once designed. We also developed the scheduling specifications that were used by the contractor(s) for development of initial schedules and monthly updates.
